If you have a new website, you always keep looking for high-ranking websites to get linked to as a part of search engine optimization. This is what we are told to do as a beginner.
As we try doing so, we realize that all the high-ranking websites are not keen to exchange link with a website not ranked yet. I don’t know of others but it sure made me frustrated and dejected. Before you submit for link exchange, you first have to add their link in your website  but very few of them will show courtesy to reply back and add your link.
This way, my link page was full of links with very few of them linking back to my site. Google always suggest you for quality link but how would you get a quality link? This is when I did my own research.
The basic thought I had in mind was that these guys too had gone through this phase but got good links back for sure, how? To be very honest, you still will get kind webmasters out there for your guidance. The good advice I got was that of submitting articles and joining forums.
I found out from my own research, the high ranking article publishing websites and the forums to get locked to. If your article is good enough, these article directories publish them on their sites.
You always get a chance to add your website url as the resource and get a quality link back to your site automatically. It sure is easier then sending link request to hundreds of webmasters for their kindness.
Many blogs are hooked to these directories and republish them for their own readers. This increases traffic to your website for which you are supposed to spend lots of money.
So, every article gives you a quality link and traffic without much hard work. Many affiliate entrepreneurs are driving customers to their site by writing articles on their products and submitting them to the right directories.
Every directory does not take affiliate links as the resource. You have to do your own research about it and find out the ones those except.I am sure not a great author but I did manage to write few good articles which has helped me building good quality links back to my website in a very short time.
Traffic to my site has increased, sign-up rates has gone high and my AdSense revenue is increasing every day. If you are in that process right now, my suggestion is to focus on writing articles and keep submitting them to the quality article directories in regular intervals.
Above all, articles are useful documents for others. You are helping your community with resources that might help them succeed in their lives.
