None of this sounds motivating enough? Walk to a localstreet for shopping (Wester Wear) can truly be a great cardio workout. Nokidding! This does not mean we won’t indulge in the local food and take some time to slow down andtruly enjoy the place.
Just small activities here and there like walking more often, doing somebed stretches before sleeping, cycling around, and snacking in between meals so we don’tmake reckless food choices. Also eating the occasional salad wouldn’t hurt.
