The time management skill is very important to succeed in life.
Because there are many tasks you need to do with a limited time. So you only spend time for what is important to you.
But sometime you will be lost. So, how to come back into your work? Now I will share you one of effective ways to help you come back your work immediately.
This is a system with 4 questions. They are easy, but very powerful.
In the daily, there are many things happening around us. It is direct or indirect impact our thoughts.
It can be the problem at work; someone in our family was sick and has to go to a hospital or little tasks that your wife (husband) wants us for helping. All these things take off our time.
One a research showed that there are over 60 million thoughts in our mind each day. So can we control it? Of course we cannot control all of it.
But we can focus on the thoughts that useful for us. Here are some questions can help you focus on what you are doing? What you need to do to get effective in your work or help you achieve your goals.
Question 1: asking yourself what you need to focus on now? When you ask yourself this question then your brain will immediately give you few tasks need to do. It was the task that you have a plan before.
Because there are many thoughts in your brain and they make you neglect of your main tasks. Now you knew which tasks you should focus on.
We will be next to the second question. Question 2:  why do you have to these works? There are many reasons why you don’t do something, sometime you know if you do, it will make you good better.
But you delay it. Because your brain will also give many reasons why you don’t need to do it now.
The question why will help your brain to continue to give you reasons why you have to do it. For example: if you are a salesman.
The question can be: why do I have to call him or her. Then your brain will give you the answers.
It can be: I will have more opportunity to close the sales. Selling the goods or services that I promoted.
What will happen if I don’t take a call for my customers? It can have another one will call them for producing their products at that time. And they can buy from another one.
Question 3:  how does it impact to your job if you do or not. The answer of this question is the profit that you can take after you do what you need to do.
It can be: you will hit sales. You will stay on top of company or you can get the amount of money as you want before.
And how does it negatively impact your life or your job. You can doubt of yourself when you don’t hit your goals.
The people don’t appreciate highly in your field. You do not have enough money for your spending… So, let find positive impacts on what you are doing, it will make you want to do it more.
Question 4: what is your dream or what do you really want to do or to be. This fourth question will help you get more motivation, it can increase your energy up to high level, you will be excited again to do what you need to do because you do it with purpose and motivate.
As you think about your dream or your goal. You should imagine that you have it now.
You make it clear in your mind. If you want to be a millionaire you can visualize what kind of life do you live.
How do people treat you? How do you use the money for helpful? Which house do you stay in, which car do you drive. It is fantastic and enjoyable.
These questions are very simple. But they give a powerful and  effective.
