The mind can also cure you of many diseases because they arise from being unable to control it. A few examples are diseases of the heart, stomach, colon, spine, and of course of the mind.
Although anxiety disorder is not considered a disease, those who suffer it consider it as such. It is when your thoughts make you feel real physical symptoms so intense that you think you are going to die.
That’s how powerful the mind can be. You may think that the mind cannot affect the events in your life or other people, only you because it is somewhere inside you.
But that is not the case. This belief comes from hearing your inner voice as if it were coming from your head since you simulate your real voice when you think.
The truth is that you can imagine your inner voice as if it were coming from in front of you or even from outside your room. When asked, “Where is your mind?” most people will reply that it’s in their head.
When you touch something with your hand, you feel it because your mind is there too, and in the rest of your body. When someone stands behind you, sometimes you can even feel his presence.
Some people can have a glimpse of what’s happening elsewhere or what’s about to happen. That’s because your mind goes beyond your body.
You just don’t know how to consciously do those things. People who study the law of attraction understand that their mind is everywhere.
They focus on controlling it in order to alter reality. What’s in the mind is more real than you think.
Spells have to do with energy. To explain what it is I will start by talking about the energy in a place.
If you put attention, you can feel it, especially in places with intense energy such as a graveyard. You’ll get a sense of sadness and misery.
The energy in a place is not so much caused by the place or events that happened there but by the thoughts and emotions of people in reaction to these. Another place with intense energy is a church.
