You need to make sure that you are someone that is willing to sit in the office the whole day and doing paperwork. You will not be going to court a lot.
You are working with the same people over and over again. You will need to know the different types of rights clients can ask for.
You need to know the rules and regulations of each of them and know the process of getting these rights correctly. If you want to become a successful patent and trade mark attorney, you will need to know a couple of things first.
For some, this might be a great career, but for others, this might be a frustrating and boring job. This is why you need to know if this is something that you want to do before you make your final decision to start a career as an intellectual property attorney.
