Let us take a look into these in detail:  Gold Coast-based constructors- DTL Constructor bagged two awards- National Project Home $500,000 to $1 million for Brookwater and National Luxury Project Home over $3 million for Villa Florentine in Sanctuary Cove.
It also took the award for National Residential Master Builder of the Year. They have carefully considered and executed every detail which the customers wanted during the construction of the two award-winning houses.   The brookwater home constructed by Unique Homes is a beautiful piece of construction which ensures the enhanced natural beauty of the surrounding bushland.
All the details have been beautifully constructed in this house, especially the inclusion of 4.5-metre ceilings which create an expansive feel, evoking a sense of freedom and individuality.  Villa Florentine at Sanctuary Cove is a masterpiece constructed by the Unique Homes.
It is a hybrid of traditional and contemporary design which not only boasts ultimate space, quality and luxury but also retains a bespoke warmth and a harmonious visual texture.  Brisbane's Unique Homes, wowed with their Russett House project, taking home the National Luxury Alterations/Additions Award - $650,000 to $1 million award. They have constructed the home to compliment the fantastic view, using innovative ideas and materials.
Floating stairs, fixed concrete seating, metal claddings, concrete floors to the bathrooms, and a lightweight roof terrace are some of the masterpieces that made them stand out from the rest of the constructors.  The Unique Homes has won the National Luxury Alterations/Additions Award over $1 million. The project included some significant constructions like the house wanted to be raised 1.47 metres and moved two metres to the west to accommodate the new design.
The concrete pool was excavated, and the original driveway was demolished and moved to the opposite side of the block. All these changes were successfully implemented by the constructors, which made the constructors win the award.  The project by Unique Homes of an Olympic-sized swimming pool, detox sauna and spa, commercial-sized fitness studio and yoga lawn.
The construction took place over 21 levels this mixed-use luxury development comprises ground and upper ground retail, 190 apartments and 1600sqm of rooftop amenity. This construction is commendable in itself and thus made the Lucent Gasworks by Cavcorp QLD was a clear winner for National High-Rise Apartment Building.  Home builders, Unique Homes won the Queensland haul with their Kingfisher home taking out National Project Home $350,000 to $500,000.
