Two Housing Schemes in Ghaziabad by UP Awas Vikas Parishad

Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched two new housing schemes in Ghaziabad Mandola Vihar Yojna and Siddharth Vihar Yojna, Under these schemes total 4260 flats are available for all segments of the society.
out of which Mandola Vihar Yojna consist 3680 flats while Siddharth Vihar Yojna consist 589 flats for registration. Two Housing Scheme by UPAVP in Ghaziabad: Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched two new housing schemes for all segments.
Both the schemes were launched in the month of July 2015 and both schemes were launched in Ghaziabad. The first scheme of UPAVP is Mandola Vihar Yojna was launched on 20 July 2015.
It is an affordable housing scheme launched under Uttar Pradesh Samajwadi Awas Yojna. Samajwadi Awas Yojna is a popular scheme of UP Government and under the scheme the government will construct 3 lakh houses for weaker section of the society.
After the launch of one week of Mandola Vihar Yojna in Ghaziabad, the authority launched another scheme in Ghaziabad named as Siddharth Vihar Yojna. Mandola Vihar Yojna: It is an affordable housing scheme of UPAVP under Samajwadi Awas Yojna.
The scheme was launched on 20 July 2015. Registration for the scheme is open and last date of registration is 20 August 2015.
Under the scheme total 3680 flats are available for registration for which all category applicants can apply. The authority has offering 1BHK & 2BHK flats in S+4 type building.
Out of total, 1216 flats are 1BHK type while remaining 2624 flats are 2BHK. The cost of 1BHK flat is Rs.
11.00 lakh while 2BHK flat is available at the price of Rs. 34.07 lakh.
Super area of 1BHK flat is 34.07 square meter while 2BHK flats is come with the super area of 56.11 square meter. Siddharth Vihar Yojna: After the launch of Mandola Vihar Yojna, the authority launched another scheme is Ghaziabad, the scheme is Siddharth Vihar Yojna.
The scheme is launched but the registration for it is not yet started. The registration for ht scheme will be started on 27 July 2015.
Under the scheme the authority has offering total 589 flats for all categories of the society. Under the scheme, 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK flats are available.
Apart from these flats, the authority has also offering penthouses under the scheme. Last date of registration for the scheme is 27 august 2015.
UPAVP has offering both online and offline registration for both the schemes. Interest applicants can apply through their convenient mode.
