The deleted items will move in the Recycle bin folder.   Now, select the files again and press the Delete button to delete them permanently from your device.
When you are done, restart the system and check whether your device is working properly or not. The last option that you can try in order to make the Windows workable is formatting the C drive of your computer.
Though it is a complicated and time taking steps, you can easily perform the steps with the help of the under-mentioned steps. Just you need to take the Windows disc.
First, open up the CD disc tray and insert the Windows disc. Now, restart the system.
When the computer arises, press the F12 button ( the button depends upon the company and model name of your device). Then, follow the instructions that come up on the screen and remove all the things that are stored in the C drive.
When the C drive format fully, the computer restarts automatically. Now, install the Windows OS.
it will take some time to complete the process. When the Windows OS installed successfully, install the driver that you need in order to work on the computer such as graphics driver, sound driver, installed web browser.
